Franz Woelfler is a Partner of AURELIUS Investment Advisory.

In this role, he is responsible for carve-out and Mid-Market transactions in continental Europe. He successfully completed major deals such as LSG SkyChefs, Distrelec and VAG.

Franz Woelfler studied economics at Vienna University of Economics and Business and at Universidad Autónoma Madrid. Before joining AURELIUS in 2007, he gathered experience at a venture capital and mid-cap LBO fund.
