Grünwald/Berlin, May 16, 2023 – Ringbeck Group, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments, has acquired Rüdiger Brandenburg GmbH (Rüdiger Brandenburg). Rüdiger Brandenburg, based in Berlin and Seddiner See, is a full-service provider of high-quality garden, landscape and sports ground construction. With this add-on acquisition, the Ringbeck Group expects total revenue of around EUR 105m for 2023.

Rüdiger Brandenburg is an established, leading provider of gardening and landscaping services in the Berlin region, especially among public clients and commercial customers. The company was founded in 1963 and employs more than 60 people. Its locations complement and strengthen the existing footprint of the Ringbeck Group. The current management team – Susanne Brandenburg and Christine Faber – will continue to lead the company after the transaction is completed. The acquisition represents the sixth add-on acquisition of the Ringbeck Group and underlines AURELIUS Growth Investments’ active approach to expanding its portfolio companies through strategic acquisitions of market participants.
